Fun at Hilton Hawaiian Village, 12/21/10

Derek and Milton S. met me at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Lagoon.

I never get tired of shooting at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, look what I found on the side of Rainbow Tower facing Diamond Head.

Cool huh, how apropos!
Always checking for different angles.

Since I intentionally only brought my Panasonic Lumix ZS3 - I started to check out my Scene Mode.

First I tried "Panorama Assist". It is really cool, after taking the shot the next shot has a faint image of a portion of the previous one. You can choose: left to right, right to left, up to down and you know the last choice. I just shot 2 images.

Using Photoshop in CS4, I made a Panorama. Hee hee, I got to go back and see if the first area was curved.
"Pin Hole"

This one is just a macro shot.
Not until I saw this pic on my computer did I realize there were coins beneath this heron's feet.
Spent some time with this wheel.

What a fun day, need to go back Derek and Milton S.
