As of March 17, our state has been in quarantine to protect each other Covid-19. This virus has become a pandemic.

I thought, I share what I have been sharing on my Instagram and Facebook posts.

Monday, April 13
This is my favorite. I am glad this showed up on Facebook again. Humor helps during this time.

Monday, April 13
Completed a zoom workout with my awesome coaches. My laptop is at this level which helps them see me and check for adjustments. We are with Egan Inoue Fit Forever group. Lol, for us 55+, goal is to make us stronger!!!

Thursday, April 16
Got some outdoor walking @6:15 pm with face mask, the new norm. Other norm, order take out and wait outside for your food to be brought outside. Notice social distancing. Yes, this is the time to be safe!!! Best to all of you wherever you are in this world.

Sunday, April 19
Time for: sew, no sew, clean desk, fun walk, cheers...This month plus of quarantine has been productive.

Wednesday, April 22
Waiting for 1. my turn outside  2. the golden hour

Thursday, April 23
The sky is lit. Second photo, I zoomed in.  I am using my iPhone8

Friday, April 24
I actually can't see the sunset. I have to lean far to the left away from the wall to capture the beautiful sky. I do have this ribbon on my phone to secure the phone from falling

Saturday, April 25
I love seeing the new leaves emerge. There is a tinnier leaf hiding behind the little one. I am in awe with Mother Nature.

This is the site, I used for my mask.

During this time, I also have been assisting a Special Education teacher with video conferencing with students. It has been a challenge, which program to use, how to work with students that are not sitting next to you with materials and manipulatives.

May everyone stay safe!!!

Canon 80D, 4/5/20

I ruined my Canon T5i when we went to Waimea Falls on March 15. I was not thinking, yup - I tried taking photos in the rain. I thankfully had another camera that day - the Canon T6 is not as good.

Long story short, Canon Service company here confirmed it would cost about $300.00 for parts and labor and no guarantee. However, they have a refurbished program.

I got a Canon 80D and due to this "stay at home" because of COVID-19 virus pandemic, I was not excited to try the new camera.

Well now, I am using it and I do like its features. I especially like the 45 focus point option.

As you can see, these are things I have at home. I used my 24-105 to have flexibility.

Stay safe and the best to everyone.
