Koko Head Botanical, 8/25/19

I wish I had more to share. Thank goodness the sun was not beating down on us.  

I was using my zoom until I came across this spider web - time to use my macro.

There were a lot of these florescent kind of insect - they move quickly - therefore it was definitely a challenge.

Waimea Falls Park Botanical Garden, 8/18/19

Today is the third Sunday - which mean 1/2 price for everyone - Ohana (Family) Sunday. The park is allowing everyone to come again within the next 10 days with no charge. Apparently there is no water at the falls at this time which is surprising - Here is a link to their fall

Honolulu Polo Club - Waimanalo, 8/11/19

This weekend was a blast. On Saturday, I went to a 70's Reunion Bash - Dance. On Sunday, mah jong, polo match and Phantom of the Opera.

It was fun getting together with Shun Wah, Hiromi and Erick. I got the ball in most of these photos

Kapiolani Community College garden, 8/4/19

Kapiolani Community College garden is evolving. I was glad one of the guys noticed this plant. These flowers are beautiful in contrast to the plant itself.

Off to other areas

I spent so much time in a crouch position that I did moan as I got up to leave.
