Lyon's Arboretum, 1/3/18

First of all, Happy New Year!

All of us: Derek, Milton S., Dewey and Curtis laughed a lot since we were trying to obtain bokeh balls. According to Wikipedia, Bokeh has been defined as "the way the lens renders out-of-focus points of light."

Not all photos have bokeh balls.

This area had toads/frogs croaking softly like they were having a conversation; but we could not see them. We laughed as we were searching for them. We figured they were in the cracks of the rock wall.

Banana flowers, checked the internet and found out it blooms around 7 months  and can be eaten raw or cooked such as in salads, curries or soups.

Derek, I really liked this adventure - it really helped me check out the lighting. Our fun continued during lunch at O-Bok Restaurant at Manoa Market Place. We missed you there Dewey.

I will be back at work this Friday, thanks again everyone for having a photo day.
