On June 1, 2010 - I posted the Lantern Ceremony and mentioned that at least 40 thousand attended this ceremony.
Days later, I saw these pictures on FaceBook and I so wanted to share this but I wanted to get the photographer's approval first. I finally met him at the Canoe Regatta and asked for his permission. He is a friend of Phuong's.
